Antionette Ball

Antoinette Ball, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Women’s Entrepreneurial Opportunity Project, Inc.(WEOP), has dedicated her energy since to providing programs and services that support, encourage, and promote the economic self-sufficiency of women.  Ms. Ball is the author of A Women Owned Business Guide to Winning Contracts book published in 2018.  She Developed a proprietary Contract training class titled "Prime Time Contract" for women seeking to pursue contracts in the federal and private sectors.  She has been instrumental in training hundreds of women on how to be strategic and prospect for potential contract opportunities.  This unique class encourages strategic thinking and prospecting as a contract strategy.  She is a graduate of the University of Southern California with an Undergraduate and Master's degree in Public Administration.  She has written numerous business articles and serves as writer and editor of From A Woman's Perspective magazine.
