This course is a hands-on, research-intensive, exercise-based curriculum that focuses specifically on understanding how to pursue contracts with the federal government and in the private sector. You will learn how to develop an acquisition strategy, conduct effective market research, and understand how socioeconomic programs support the acquisition planning process leading to solicitation, award and administration of successful contracts. Special emphasis will be on developing a Contract Plan of Action (CPA) and completing registration processes for SAM and other entities.
You will have access to the entire course for six months after your initial enrollment. If you need additional time, reach out via email and make a personal request.

The classes provide the necessary information and resources to posture small business owners and self-employed individuals with the necessary tools that would enable you to successfully compete for a wide variety of assignments, projects and contract opportunities. You will acquire a basic knowledge of the procurement process, regulations and opportunities, marketing strategies to target federal agencies/companies and research techniques to identify prime/ subcontracting opportunities.
